I ordered to Germany and everything arrived without any problems. Shipping took a little while, but that’s expected for overseas delivery. Compared to a few other companies I’ve tried, this was painless and the order process was straightforward

"Still a fan of KAVU, but a little perk would be nice"
I’ve always liked KAVU gear. Their bags are solid, the designs are fun without being boring, and the website is easy to shop on. I don’t really have any major complaints, but as a longtime customer, I wouldn’t mind seeing a little discount, credit, or some kind of loyalty perk come my way...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the colors are actually really good. They look nice and vibrant without feeling too over the top.

I ordered the bag and it looked just like the photos. The size and colors were kinda exactly what I expected from the description, so there weren’t any surprises.

"Order was okay, but the packaging wasn’t great"
I got my order from KAVU, and the item itself was fine. There wasn’t no real damage or anything, so that was a relief, but the box looked rough when it showed up, like it had been knocked around a bunch.
The bag inside was still usable, so I’m not too upset about it. I just don’t think the packaging should’ve looked that bad for the price. Giving it 3 stars because the product wasn’t bad, but the delivery presentation wasn’t nothing impressive.

"Photos were surprisingly accurate"
I ordered a bag from kavu.com i was kind of expecting the colors to look a little different in person like they often do online. But it showed up looking just like the photos. The size and little details were all what I expected too. Not much to complain about, really. It was a simple order with no weird surprises, so yeah, 5 stars.

"Nice bags, but I’m not totally sold"
I do like Kavu bags, and the quality seems good overall. At the same time, for the price, I kind of expected a little more. Some of their stuff feels totally worth it, but other pieces made me wonder why they cost that much. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real complaints either. I’d probably buy from them again if there was a decent sale, but paying full price feels a little hard to justify.

"Glad I found gear that feels responsibly sourced"
I’m happy with this purchase. I’m usually a little suspicious when companies talk about responsible sourcing, because you never know if it’s just a nice label to make people feel better about buying. But this gear actually seems thoughtfully made, and it feels good knowing my money is going toward something that at least appears to be done with some care.

"One of the straps on my kavu..."
One of the straps on my kavu bag started coming loose, so I sent in a warranty request. It did take a few days before I heard anything back, which had me wondering if that was normal, you know? But once they replied, they were really nice and easy to work with. They asked me for a few photos and my order info, and after that they got everything sorted without making it a big hassle. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but I feel like the support was fair and friendly overall.

"I had to exchange my bag for…"
I had to exchange my bag for a different color, i’m picky about getting the exact shade I want, so I was glad they made it fairly simple. Customer service got back to me and answered my questions without any hassle. It did take a few days longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying, but in the end everything worked out and I’m happy with the bag.
"Surprisingly Holding Up"
I’ve been using my kavu bag every day for months, and somehow it still looks and feels tough. The zippers still work perfectly too, which is nice because apparently that shouldn’t be too much to ask from a bag.
"Love the gear, but the stock situation is frustrating"
I’ve always liked Kavu gear, and when I can actually find the color and size I want, it’s great. But the stuff I’m looking for seems to be out of stock way too often. The site itself is easy to use, but it’s not always clear what I’m supposed to do next, am I waiting for a restock, checking back later, or just choosing something else? I just wish the inventory was better and the next steps were a little more obvious.

I was trying to find a kavu rope bag last minute, and the store finder actually came through. I was going to order online—actually, I really didn’t want to wait for shipping, so seeing a few local shops that carried kavu was super helpful.
Not every color was available, which I kind of expected, but it still made the whole thing a lot easier. I could just drive over, check them out in person, and buy one that day.

"Nice bags, but I felt a little misled on sustainability"
I do like kavu bags, and a few of the ones I’ve had really do feel sturdy and made to last. But i felt a bit misled when I started looking for details on their materials and factory practices. The site gives some sustainability info, but it’s vague and not enough to really understand what’s going on. I just wish they were more upfront and clear about it.

"Looks Good, But Too Loud"
